Jeff Chefan- Owner

Prior to purchasing Manormor Sotheby's International Realty, Jeffrey was founder & CEO of several building, design, development and management companies that specialized in luxury single family residences throughout Northeast Florida. Mr. Chefan has successfully created and sold over 50 multi-million dollar properties in Aspen, Colorado; Boca Raton, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. He obtained a Florida Certified Building Contractors License in 1987 and a Florida Real Estate License in 1988. Jeffrey & Jane Chefan have been married for over 21 years and are blessed to be the parents of two daughters. They have a passion and love for family, friends, and real estate that flows over into the relationships built with their clients. Jeffrey's diverse background has given him the experience and uniqueness to unite extraordinary properties with extraordinary individuals. 

Jane Chefan- Owner

Jane Chefan was raised in Boca Raton, Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida College of Journalism. In 1988, Jane received a Florida Real Estate License and later moved to Jacksonville with her husband, Jeffrey. They have two daughters and enjoy boating, playing tennis and traveling together as a family. Jane's expertise in luxury real estate was cultivated through designing and building multi-million dollar residences with her husband. Over the past 20 years, the couple has designed, built and sold over $75 million in properties throughout Northeast Florida. Through her professionalism and dedication, Jane is able to bring to every relationship an emphasis on exceptional service and a practiced eye for recognizing the unique value of a property.
